My friend and I both went to the ER the morning after eating Pizza Hut. We were both diagnosed with E. COLI and given medicine. The next day, the other two people who are Pizza Hut with us that night also got sick. Pizza Hut's insurance company (Nation Wide, who is not on my side) claims that the hospital didn't run proper tests in order to call E. COLI a "firm diagnosis". | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
