Had poke bowl around 5 or 6 on woke up at 4 with nausea. Had diarrhea , took a shower and after shower threw up poke... the smell and the taste I will never eat it again. Only had one throw up episode and 3 diarrhea episodes total. | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء, غثيان
