I had mussels for lunch at PrepKitchen Del Mar on Saturday. By dinnertime, I was vomiting profusely, had a fever of 102.3 degrees Fahrenheit, and was extremely nauseous. Fortunately, the fever broke on Monday morning and I was able to return to work. I highly recommend avoiding any seafood at PrepKitchen. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
