I stayed 4 days on Punta Cana on September 2019. On my first day I vomited. On my second day I started feeling very bad with nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and stabbing pain on the stomach. I continued with the diarrhea and stomach pain for my staying. I came back to my country and still have stomach problems. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, الدوخة, ألم المعدة
