Got a Signature Select Chef Salad from the little salad/sandwich/cheese booth thing and have been dealing with tore up guts for nearly 24 hours now. I know it was the salad because it was all I ate last night and you can clearly see the salad in my stool. ? | الأعراض: إسهال
