Having stayed here for several days the food has been fine. However, this evening a couple of hours after dinner - I have been unable to leave the bathroom. I have constantly been sick & have diarrhea with a fever. The only thing I've ate different from my partner (who is fine) is mince at dinner. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
