Grapes As a late night snack, I washed about 24 black grapes under running water. Let dry off on paper towels, then ate them. The next day I was nauseated all day. No appetite and did not eat anything all day, but still suffered diarrhea. 24 hours after eating these grapes, I threw up involuntarily and the contents of my stomach were grapes. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, فقدان الشهية
