I had lunch yesterday at Shake shack and had the smoke burger- I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m certain it was that. About 2 hours later I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, I couldn’t keep any water in my stomach all night and had severe stomach cramps.
