Had a cappuccino in the morning before work on the 15 December. Nothing else for breakfast. I felt off a few hours later. Then came nausea and later extreme diarrhea. I've only had norovirus once before and I knew with the onset of nausea - I have a strong stomach and never get nausea normally - I knew this was norovirus.
