Since it was pre-washed, I assumed it was especially safe to eat out of the bag when using the kale for a smoothie. I got very ill only a few hours later, vomiting several times and feeling faint. I had a fever and diarrhea as well. Apparently pre-washed, pre-packaged leafy greens are at an increased risk of having bad bacteria because of all the processing that the crops go through. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
