I ordered the Greek salad with chicken shawarma on top for lunch on June 5. About four hours after eating, I had stomach cramps and just generally felt awful. Diarrhea started about 7:00 p.m. and intermittenly continued throughout the evening. Vomited once. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
