Purchased food around 12:30. Ate Crunchwrap Supreme and about 3pm started having stomachache. Got home at 8 and ate the chalupa. 30 minutes later had really bad stomachache followed by diarrhea and nausea. Still experiencing symptoms. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
