Ordered a nachos bellgrande early in the day, went home and took a nap until i was awaken by some awful stomach cramps, every half hour i was running to the toilet to vomit, it was to the point that i had nothing to give and after about 8 hours i drove myself to the emergency room. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
