9 pm on 2/11/14. 3 double decker tacos. Felt bad instantly and didn't sleep a wink. 8 hours later I puked all the undigested stuff up. Haven't eaten in over 24 hours and can hardly get out of bed. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
