I had 3 nacho grillers on 4/9/13 and felt maybe the weren't as good in taste and previous times before and have had diarrhea ever since 4/10/13 and still have it @ 4:54pm on 4/12/13. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
