I order a chicken salad Monday 11/18 for lunch. Started having diarrhea next day order super food salad 11/19/19 got sick threw up the salad 5 hours later as I was getting my hair done felt faint had the runs while throwing up made it home and around 2 am in the morning threw up 3 times brown liquid from my gut three times couldn’t stop ran a fever missed work the next day gravely sick | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, حمى
