Cake indidual slice from bakery Ate cake in the early afternoon Thursday 12/18/19. After about 30 mins felt sick to stomach. Ran some errands. Came home threw up took a nap. Since then have been in bed with nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps. Starting to feel better but not 100% | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
