My boyfriend ordered a junior baconator at wendy's last night. He felt cramping as we went to bed around midnight. Then around 2am he had sever diarrhea and vomiting. It's continued through out the day (7pm EST) he can't even keep liquids down for long. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
