Ordered a Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad and 6-piece spicy nuggets for dinner. Felt like throwing up 1/2 through the salad and nuggets but I made it through around 7pm on 11/5/2019. Stomach felt upset the rest of the night then I made at least 6 trips to the bathroom around 4am with diarrhea. I've got nausea/headache now and slight chills at 9am the next day with no appetite. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, الصداع, قشعريرة, فقدان الشهية
