It was Friday and I wanted to eat some fastfood as I do once a week.I decided to have some delivered and when I get it I enjoy the meal and later go to sleep.
Suddenly I wake up and feel restless and realize ima puke so at four in the morning I'm puking and having diarrhea for hours on end.
Please for the love of God do NOT order the chicken sandwich from there. Its practically a death wish. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
