Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets and ate a little of each. Within about an hour I was feeling horribly sick to my stomach and a little more time passed and I ended up in the bathroom for over an hour. My stomach feels like I ate nails. Won't be returning! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
