Spouse and I both got pizzas (ham/pineapple/red sauce) on Wed night, 7/3/19. By 11 PM we were laid out with upper and lower GI distress. Child in our house was unaffected, since she didn’t have any of the pizza. Clearly not a stomach bug. Both had ranch dipping sauce made | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
