كنت في المنتجع لمدة أسبوع واحد 6/1-6/7. اليوم الثاني حصلت على صداع هائل يوم 3، حصلت على قرحتين في فمي. اليوم 4، 2 المزيد من القروح. اليوم 5، 1 قرحة أكثر. اليوم الخامس أيضًا آلام الجسم. اليوم السادس حمى خفيفة، الإسهال آلام الجسم التهاب المعدة. نفس الشيء… شاهد المزيد

Spent the week with no problems.
My son began w a fever and vomiting/diahhrea 2 days before we left. I began the same symptoms the night before we left. Horrible. Almost missed flight home.

Went on vacation to Hard Rock Punta Cana. May 23-30 2019 with 8 family members. 5 of 8 got very sick, 5 ppl. The symptoms started the day before and day of departure. My 1 year old son fell ill as well  | الأعراض: قيء, غثيان, إسهال

Stayed at hard rock in Punta Cana, I arrived on 5/16/19 and by 5pm on 5/17 I had the worst stomach and sweating them started with massive diarrhea and vomiting which lasted until I left on Sunday. Only ate food at various resort restaurants  | الأعراض: قيء, غثيان, حمى, إسهال, التعرق
