    Ate at the indoor nice restaurant last night. All 4 of us got stomach cramps and diarrhea after, 4 got sick. All started in the middle of the night after eating the contaminated food at dinner  | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات

    Got violently ill with fever. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Paramedic and doctor from resort came to iv me. Legs felt like jello, very disorientef and weakness the rest of the week. Took 2 weeks after we came back to the good ole USA to finally get better. Ate salad and fruit while in there.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, ضعف
