Upset stomach with foul burps 12-24 hours after eating a rodeo burger and full fry. Followed by 48 hours with severe abdominal pain and diarrhea, but no fever. It has been almost 7 days now and although symptoms have improved still have little energy and upset stomach/GI.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, التجشؤ
