I went to Wendy's yesterday at around 6:45pm to grab something to eat. An hour later i felt sick and vomited everything i ate at Wendy's. And i continued to feel sick the entire night and I couldn't keep water down until 11am.  | الأعراض: غثيان, حمى, قيء
