Afternoon flight had skipped breakfast so had time to grab a bit, I had a Burger combo meal , and took my flight, 4 hours later stomachache pain , then continued all night with vomiting and after diarrhea, | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
