    Wendy's on Digital Drive in Lehi, Utah.
    Hamburger was luke warm, must have been sitting on rack. Place was extremely dirty. Tables and floors not cleaned. Within a hour after eating I got sick with stomach cramps which lead to vomit and diareiah. Lasted over a day.… شاهد المزيد

    After eating the #2 which is the Daves Double meal I first of all do not finish the sandwhich because of the after taste. 3 hours later I throw up for hours until there is nothing left to throw up.
