    Went to Wendy’s Drive thru, ordered the spicy Caesar salad and a small chilli and a medium Diet Coke. Ate half the salad with the chicken, ate most of the chilli, drank all of the Diet Coke.

    Had a crispy chicken sandwich & JR deluxe cheeseburger. Within 2 hours I had stomach cramps, intense diarrhea, and explosive vomiting.     Ordered an Asiago Chicken sandwich. Noticed it tasted different than usual. The only thing I could describe it as would be "sharp" tasting.
