Last meal was April 29th. I went to chipotle and ordered a Steak burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese and sour cream. That night I woke up vomiting. The past three days I haven't been able to keep any food down. I've had diarrhea, very nauseated, vomiting, and cold sweats.
