super sick with all listed symptoms

Ate carne asada nachos. Did not have cheese or sour cream. Had black beans instead of refried beans. Had "Diablo" salsa and regular salsa. Horribly sick the next morning. Rotten egg smelling burps, vomiting, nausea and perhaps a bit of fever, as well. Horrible.
