Had chicken burrito at around 630. Later on that night. Around 330 am. Woke up w extreme pain on left side. Tryd to use bathroom. Broke out in to dripping sweats. As hours progressd. Went to my stomach. ..worse pain ive ever been through. ..could not sleep or keep any thing down for at lea
