Surlonge de 6 oz aux champignons, purée de pommes de terre, maïs. Dîner à 18h. La diarrhée a commencé à 6 heures du matin. Crampes d'estomac sévères, gaz et nausées.

I was warned that the broccoli and beef meal was salty. It was so bad that all of us who ate it ended up with diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Symptoms started about 1.5 hours after eating it. I let it cook for 12 hours like they said.
