i'd already eaten early this day, felt absolutely fine. had about 3 sticks of bread, which isn't a lot for me. about 20 or 30 minutes later i felt absolutely disgusting. ordered earler this day and i'm still very sick. this has happened once before, too, but i thought nothing of it then.
