11:30pm 12/11/16 ate a Beef & Cheese Quesadilla. By 3:00am I started with extremely painful abdominal pain which escalated to vomitting my entire stomach content. I feel like a truck hit me. No fever and am now better. This was not a fun experience to say the least. Up all night.
