There are many reasons, the main one being that people often report while they are actively ill. While individual reports may vary in detail, there is value in aggregating even those that are light on information. If you wish to filter out reports that lack detail, please contact us—this feature is available upon request.

We have improved our access options for convenience. Go to app.dinesafe.com and log in using your password or opt for a one-time password (OTP). If you encounter any login issues, our support team is available at support@dinesafe.org.

Some users provide detailed food histories, while others may not. We now offer a 72-hour food history feature upon request—simply reply to this email to enable it. Alternatively, you can follow up via the portal’s direct messaging functionality to request more details from the user.

Occasionally, users may not respond despite our encouragement to do so. If you experience this, you may try following up again or reach out to our support team for assistance.
