I ate a bowl of Cheerios with milk fresh strawberries, and within about 3-4 hours I was nauseous, and had diarrhea and began vomiting.
I thought it may be the strawberries, but after reading the entry from Charlottesville, I'm pretty sure it was the Cheerios, as the symptoms were identical.
