Honeynut cheerios have been causing serious gas pains and diarrhea for at least two weeks. Only when I stopped eating the cereal did the pains diminish and ultimately go away. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas See Less

I bought regular cheerios from here. It was the first thing I ate yesterday and got extremely bad stomach cramps, bloating, nausea like I’m going to vomit and then diarrhea. I thought I was sick with the flu or something. Had them again today and had the... See More exact same thing happened. It happens about 30 min after eating them and then progressively gets worse. I’ve been eating cheerios my whole life with no issues. This is very obviously from eating them. Still feeling terrible. I googled it and found out everyone else is getting sick from them too. Like mass cheerios food poisoning. Something is going on. Definitely throwing them in the garbage and giving up cereal for a while. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating See Less

Had put it away for awhile after the first 2 times when I heard it could cause illness but tried... See More it once more, much regretted. Was very sick. I always buy the multi grain cheerios but recently I’ve noticed with the most recent box I purchased bought from here. whenever I have a bowl I immediately have to run to the bathroom. This morning 12/04/22 I ate a bowl of the cheerios multi grain and... See More within 15-20 mins after eating it I broke out in a sweat and vomited. I don’t know what’s going on with all these reports but Cheerios needs to look into this. I will be taking a break from buying anything cheerios after finding all these reports of people getting sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating See Less

Bought “original cheerios 20oz” on November 21st for my son. He vomited 3 different times after eating them this last week. I didn’t think much of it because there’s a bug going around anyways. However, once again he vomited this evening and I just now realized he’s... See More only vomited after eating the cheerios and no other time. Threw the bag away! Saw articles dating back to June of this year talking about this, disappointing the company hasn’t issued a recall. Won’t be purchasing again until this issue is addressed. | Symptoms: Vomiting See Less
