I ate a big bowl of strawberry banana cheerios, and within a couple hours I was having reflux, burps , diarrhea and felt so bloated. It's lasted over 24 hours now. My toddlers that ate the cheerios also have diarrhea and have seemed frustrated and upset all day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping
