Ordered lamb beef falafel with hummus salad platter on friday june 21. Ate around 2pm. At 6pm felt faint and chills and body aches. Fever up to 100.7 for the night. Gas, diarhea for past 3 days now. Stomach not able to handle much. Loss of appetite. Bloated constantly.
