Ate a single sausage roll and less than 2 hrs after the vomiting started. This is the worst food poisoning I've ever had - we had to pull over at the side of the road 5 times on the way home and stop at services twice.
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, back pain.
