Was out to breakfast with friends before church and now I'm puking my brains out...

My family went out to eat, my mother and I had chicken, we were fine. My dad on the other hand had the steak and started throwing up the next morning, with a fever. He was in bed all day as he also developed a migraine in the process, had to watch him as he is a diabetic.
