I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I had lucky charms this morning. I instantly felt cramping and nausea. I’m done eating cereal it’s straight poison.

Went today to get the chicken caprese sandwich and fat burner smoothie, first I had an allergic reaction (itchy mouth) then cramps, diarrhea and I kept throwing up.
