Sorry to say, but food poisoning does not last 5 days. Stomach flu does last 5 days. I have had food poisoning twice. Both times 2 full days. Miserable days from both ends.

Food poisoning takes longer than that to hit. It was probably from the night before. I have had food poisoning twice. Both times my sickness happened the next late morning from something I had eaten the evening before.
