It was around 7 pm when my mother and i went to McDonald's I was pretty hungry i ordered a meal. I got 10 piece mcnuggets and medium fries with a medium drink as usual (whenever I go there) I was fine until 1 am where I started having nausea and then at around 4:40 am I threw up
