Went to wendys on WELLAND AVE. ST CATHARINES ONTARIO CANADA.
Ordered a spicy chicken combo with a5 nugget piece.
The next morning i woke woth excruciating pains in my stomach which had me hurling over the tpilet for about 4 hours until i staryed to feel any sign of improvement.
