Purchased pre-packed chicken from deli case on 6/7/16. Ate on 6/8/16. Started feeling gi symptoms a couple of hours later. Woke up at 4:30 am vomitting and diarrhea. Vomitted all am with on-going diarrhea throughout the day and into day 2.
