Ate Orange chicken and Kung Pao Chicken with rice and chow mein. Ate at 8pm. By the next morning I had a fever of 103 and severe dirrhea with blood. Was diagnosed with Shigella. Lost 20 lbs in 12 days. Took Cipro for 10 days.
