أمرت وجبة شطيرة الدجاج حار مع ماك م الجبن وعصير الليمون. عندما وصلت الفتاة مع الوجبة، انقلبت مشروبي بالكامل رأسا على عقب في الناقل. كنت آمل أن تحل محلهم لكنها لم تفعل لست متأكدًا مما إذا كان عصير الليمون ملوثًا بطريقة ما أو كان الدجاج/ماك سيئًا فقط.…

I had a chicken sandwich and now I am lying in bed with fever and vomiting every hour. I would wish this on my worst enemy. My wife ate it as well and is also starting to show symptoms.
