We ate the grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and a milkshake in, two people, 3 hours after eating. We have Diarrhea and Nausea. We ate the Grilled chicken sandwich, Fries, and a peach milkshake

I had a chicken sandwich and now I am lying in bed with fever and vomiting every hour. I would wish this on my worst enemy. My wife ate it as well and is also starting to show symptoms.
